Devices Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Caleb Smith as Key Account Manager. Based in Austin, Texas, Caleb will focus on supporting key customers throughout the Austin area and Central Texas.

Caleb brings nearly a decade of experience in building automation, HVAC systems, and customer support. Most recently, he served as a Site Supervisor at Johnson Controls, where he led system installations, commissioning, and service projects for clients in Texas.

Throughout his career, Caleb has held several technical and leadership positions, including Lead System Specialist, System Engineer, and Control System Designer in both Austin and Oklahoma City. His early career also includes hands-on experience as an HVAC-R Technician, giving him valuable insight into mechanical systems and building operations.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University and maintains industry certifications, including the EPA Refrigerant Handlers Certificate.
